Free Delivery Across Malaysia

All orders on madualshafi.my come with free shipping to any address in Malaysia, whether you’re in KL, Johor, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak, or anywhere in between. We want everyone in Malaysia to enjoy our premium Yemeni honey without worrying about delivery costs.

Order Processing Time

Once we receive your order and payment is confirmed:

• Processing time: 1-3 business days
• Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
• During peak seasons (Ramadan, Hari Raya, year-end), processing may take slightly longer

We’ll send you a WhatsApp message once your order has been packed and handed to our courier.

Our Courier Partners

We work with reliable courier services in Malaysia to make sure your honey arrives safely. The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you your tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s website or app. If you need any help tracking your order, just WhatsApp us at +60 11-2117 0761 and we’ll help you check.

Packaging — Your Honey is in Safe Hands

We know honey jars need extra care, so we make sure every order is:

• Securely wrapped — each jar is individually wrapped with protective material
• Properly cushioned — bubble wrap and padding to prevent movement during transit
• Sealed packaging — to protect against spills and damage

We take packaging seriously because we want your honey to arrive in perfect condition, just like it left our warehouse.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt to deliver to your address. If you’re not home:

• The courier may contact you via phone to arrange redelivery
• The parcel may be left at a nearby collection point
• Please make sure your phone number is correct so the courier can reach you

International Shipping

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Malaysia. We hope to expand in the future, so stay tuned!
